A well known apartment complex in the Harrisburg area is a Property Maintenance Tech to assist with the routine maintenance and repairs within the complex properties.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Schedules, monitors and/or performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, sheetrock, and appliances.
• Ensures that work orders requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Ensures residential units have been turned in a timely & efficient manner, as well as determines if work has been completed properly.
• Provides after hour on-call emergency service when scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work when required.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance Manager to items that require repair.
• Snow Removal
• Communicates with Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.

Education and/or Experience:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Background check, clean drivers record & reliable vehicle required. Hourly rate based on experience.

Paid holidays, paid time off, and medical benefits offered. Paid weekly by direct deposit. Temp to perm position.
