The Company designs, manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems. The primary end markets for the Company’s products are communications and information processing markets, including cable television, cellular telephone and data communication and information processing systems; aerospace and military electronics; and automotive, rail and other transportation and industrial applications. Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst will have three or more years in a manufacturing environment and have a four-year degree in Accounting. The Financial Analyst will take full responsibility for the standard cost of maintenance and analysis to include item changes, detailed analysis of product costing variances, and monthly absorption analysis for AIS. The Financial Analyst will handle forecast preparation of files and actual to forecast analysis for multiple locations. The Financial Analyst will oversee revenue tracking from various locations that produce our groups products and provide analysis on variance to forecasts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, advanced excel skills, and solid written and verbal communication skills. Manufacturing experience is highly desired. This role will also participate in the monthly closing process, internal/external audits, and produce ad-hoc reporting.

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.

· Knowledge of auditing practices and principles.

· Demonstrated systems and technical background in accounting software.

· Experience in Microsoft Dynamics—AX is a plus.

· Ability to identify, create and implement automated accounting processes, procedures and reports.

· Proven intermediate to advances Excel skills.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Ability to collaborate with multi-department teams.

· Well developed organization, analytical and problem-solving skills, aligned with excellent attention to detail.


· There is minimal travel with this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
